Our System erases all credit card information that is older than 30 days.

If an item is not in stock when you place your order and you decide to place it on backorder, or if you are pre-ordering an item that is not yet released, Integrated Marketing Solutions, LLC does not charge your credit card until the merchandise has been shipped to you. In these cases we will keep your card information on file until we fill the order or until you cancel the order.
